At TX Vehicles, we sell pre-owned RVs. We inspect each unit and do a thorough walkthrough with you—but these are used rigs (not new), and they will have normal wear and imperfections.

Because of the nature of pre-owned RV sales, our policy is simple and clear:

All RV Sales Are Final

Once you sign final purchase documents and take possession of the RV (pickup or delivery), the sale is FINAL.

  • No returns

  • No exchanges

  • No refunds

  • No cancellations due to “buyer’s remorse”

Many customers ask about a “3-day return” period. In Texas, there is no automatic right to return a vehicle after purchase, and the commonly assumed “3‑day right to cancel” typically does not apply to auto sales.<!-- :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0} -->

Your Chance to Inspect (We Encourage It)

We want you to feel confident before you buy. You are welcome to:

  • Do a full walkthrough (in person or by video, if you’re out of state)

  • Ask us to demonstrate major systems (as equipped)

  • Bring a third‑party RV inspector or technician (highly recommended if you want a second opinion)

  • Ask questions and take the time you need before signing

Pre-Owned RV Condition

These RVs are not perfect. Even late-model, super clean units can still have:

  • Cosmetic wear (small scuffs, dings, scratches, prior repairs)

  • Normal settling and adjustment needs

  • Maintenance items that come with RV ownership

RV ownership always involves maintenance. Buying pre-owned means you’re getting great value—but you’re not buying a brand‑new unit with “new RV” expectations.

Our Inspection

Before delivery or pickup, we perform an internal inspection and functional check and work to ensure major systems are operating at the time of delivery (when equipped and accessible), such as:

  • Slide-outs

  • A/C and heat

  • Refrigerator

  • Water heater

  • Plumbing and water pump

  • Electrical (12V/120V)

  • Awning

  • Leveling system (if equipped)

Important: Our inspection and walkthrough are not a guarantee that nothing will ever fail after purchase. RVs are complex systems, and components can fail without warning—especially on used units.

Sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS (Unless You Buy the Optional Warranty)

Unless you purchase the optional coverage listed below, all RVs are sold:

AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS

That means:

  • We are not providing a dealer warranty (express or implied) to the fullest extent permitted by law

  • After delivery/pickup, the buyer is responsible for repairs, maintenance, and service needs

Optional 30‑Day Limited Warranty — $599

For additional peace of mind, you may purchase our Optional 30‑Day Limited Warranty for $599 at the time of sale.

  • Coverage begins on the delivery/pickup date

  • If something fails during the coverage period, we will repair or replace the failed component per the written warranty terms provided at purchase

  • This option must be added at the time of sale (before delivery/pickup)

If you do not purchase the $599 warranty, the RV remains AS‑IS and post‑sale repairs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Written Promises Only

To avoid misunderstandings:

  • Any promises for repairs, included items, accessories, or special conditions must be in writing on the signed purchase paperwork.

  • Verbal statements or messages are not binding unless incorporated into the final signed documents.

$1,000 Hold Deposit (Taking the RV Off the Market)

If you want an RV but need time to finalize travel plans, financing, or payment, you can place a $1,000 Hold Deposit.

What the Hold Deposit does:

  • We remove the RV from active marketing (take down/mark the listing as on hold) and reserve it for you for the agreed timeframe.

  • The $1,000 is applied toward your purchase price at closing.

Refundability:

  • If the RV has been taken off the market for more than 72 hours, the Hold Deposit is NON‑REFUNDABLE.

  • If you do not complete the purchase by the agreed date, TX Vehicles may keep the Hold Deposit and the RV may be relisted.

  • If TX Vehicles cannot complete the sale due to a title issue or the RV becomes unavailable through no fault of the buyer, the Hold Deposit will be refunded.

Delivery, Walkthrough & Acceptance

Whether you pick up in Kennedale or arrange delivery, we will provide a walkthrough so you can review the RV and ask questions before accepting it.

Any concerns should be addressed before final documents are signed and the RV is accepted. After acceptance and possession, the sale is final.

Website Listings & Accuracy

We work hard to keep our website and listings accurate, but mistakes can happen and inventory moves fast.

TX Vehicles is not responsible for misprints, typos, or errors found on our website pages. Any listed price excludes sales tax, registration/tags, and delivery fees.
